Small Group Lessons

Small Group Lessons are designed to prepare young players for the upcoming spring and summer seasons. Sessions run one hour in length and typically include 40min of hitting and 20min of throwing and fielding.  Lessons are conducted by Certified Cages Instructors, many of whom have played college and professional ball. Lessons are held to a 4:1 player/coach ratio.  To learn more or to sign up, visit our Small Group Lessons page under the instruction tab or click the button below. 

Our Memberships are the most popular items here at The Cages!  Our Fall/Winter Membership runs from September 1st through February 28th, allowing nearly unlimited cage use during that 6 month period.  Available for both families and individuals, the Fall/Winter Membership allows our customers to reserve cage times in advance ensuring a cage is available for them! 

(NO Memberships in month of March) 

We offer cage rentals for both individuals and groups. Cages can be rented in half hour and hour increments, with the option of multiple hours for groups. Be sure to view our schedule and select the cage and time you want. We provide balls, tees, L-screens, and pitching mounds in all of our cages.  We also provide baseball and softball pitching machines in most cages at no additional charge!  For group rates be sure to contact us at info@thecages.us!

The Cages offers camps and clinics year round for players who want to improve their skill set. Camps and clinics are always changing, so be sure to click the "camps and clinics schedule" button for the most up to date offerings! 

Weather and poor conditions keeping you off the course?  Don't ever miss a tee time with our state of the art indoor Trackman simulators!  Love to golf year round? Make sure to check out our annual membership option as well!
