HOLIDAY SPORTS CAMP

About:

Back by popular demand, we are excited to offer our Holiday Sports Camp again this year! This camp will focus on a variety of different sports and activities throughout the day! This is a great change of pace as the holiday break winds down, or a great chance for you kids to get some energy out before the ball drops on New Years Eve! Lunch and snacks provided daily at no extra cost! 

Ages: 7 - 13

Price: $150

Dates: December 30th & 31st

Times: 9am - 2pm

8 - 11 YEAR OLD FIELDING CAMP

About: 

This camp will have a focus on the fundamentals of all things fielding. Our staff of former college infielders and high school coaches will be sure to prepare your player for whatever "bad hops" may come their way. With an emphasis on building from the ground up, your player is sure to leave this camp as a more comfortable and confident fielder.  Camp curriculum will include: 

• Footwork
• Sequencing
• Improving hands
• Throwing 
• Footwork around bases

Dates: Jan. 8, 15, 22, 29

Feb. 5, 12, 19, 26 

Time: 6:00 -7:00pm 

Ages: 8 - 11 year olds 

Cost: $265

12+ YEAR OLD FIELDING CAMP

About:

Our camp is designed to provide a dynamic and comprehensive experience for players of all skill levels, from beginners eager to grasp the fundamentals to advanced pitchers looking to refine their techniques.

Lead by former Gustavus Adolphus pitcher Andrew Gustafson, this 4 week camp allows pitchers to progress with a hands on coaching experience.

This camp will cover skills including:

• Arm Conditioning
• Pitch Grip
• Creating Mechanic Efficiencies 
• Pitch Sequencing
• Rotational Strength

Dates:

Jan. 10, 17, 24, 31

Feb. 7, 14, 21, 28 

Time: 5pm - 6pm

Ages: 8-11 yr Olds

Cost: $265

12+ YEAR OLD PITCHING CAMP
